A qualifying launch should include persistent human profiles or handles plus at least two of: discoverable agent/app identities, cross-user or cross-organization agent/app invocation, shareable agentic work artifacts, public or semi-public activity/reputation/provenance signals, or explicit OpenAI platform language about coordinating human-agent or agent-agent interaction.

Resolve false if ChatGPT, Codex, Apps, Workspace Agents, and commerce remain separate surfaces without a persistent human-agent social layer. Resolve ambiguous if the pattern appears only in private pilots or enterprise-only administration.
